Endowments
An endowment is a permanently invested fund whose earnings sustain the college’s mission in perpetuity, allowing today’s gifts to bless generations of students not yet born.
Cash Gifts
Donors may establish an endowment fund, contribute to an established fund, or contribute to the Sustaining Endowment.
Appreciated Securities & Property
Gifts of appreciated securities and real property to the Foundation provide important tax advantages to donors.
Commodities
PNWCC has an account set up with Highline Grain Growers and Ritzville Warehouse Co.
Wills / Life Insurance
PNWCC can be named as a beneficiary of a donor’s estate. The wide variety of choices found in new life insurance products makes such policies ideal vehicles for charitable giving, and for the replacement of wealth that has been transferred to a charitable organization.
Individual Retirement Account (IRA)
A donor who is 70 1/2 can take their Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) and make a Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD) directly to CBF, maximizing their tax advantages.
