Student Life at Pacific Northwest Christian College

Orientation

Pacific Northwest Christian College (PNWCC) offers two orientations annually prior to each semester. Our orientation includes a dynamic team building day as well as a college preparation day where students are given essential tools for a successful college experience. For new students, orientation is a great opportunity to learn about higher education expectations; meet the faculty, staff, and current students; and have fun. A few of the items discussed in orientation include but are not limited to: Paying for College, Student Life at PNWCC, Campus Tour, Academic Advising, and Transition to College Life.

Chapel

Each week PNWCC students come together and engage in a variety of activities such as team building, serving in the community, sharing personal life experiences, listening to guest speakers, and worshipping through music. Our goal is to experience God through these activities as we grow together. PNWCC chapels are mostly student-led and vary in both structure and content. We believe pausing as a whole community is extremely beneficial for students; therefore, chapel attendance is mandatory for each student.

Leadership Conference

PNWCC students attend a leadership conference each year such as Catalyst West Coast in Irvine, California, The WKND Conference at The City Church in Kirkland, or Generation Unleashed Conference in Portland, Oregon. These weekends are packed with life-changing experiences.

Student Events

There are many student events that happen throughout the school year and they are a blast! From holiday parties to hang-out nights, PNWCC students always have something fun to do together!

Student Services

Our smaller size gives us the opportunity to serve students with one-on-one guidance in their academic and career goals. Also, pre-college level courses are offered in Math & Writing. If you have any questions or would like to know more about Student Life please contact admissions@pnwcc.edu
