1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Pacific Northwest Christian College (“PNWCC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) website located at pnwcc.edu (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

4. Student Portal
Access to the PNWCC student portal is restricted to currently enrolled students and authorized faculty and staff. By accessing the portal, you agree to:
- Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any third party
- Notify PNWCC immediately at robbie.fiocchi@pnwcc.edu if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
- Accept responsibility for all activity conducted under your account
- Comply with all applicable PNWCC academic policies and codes of conduct while using the portal
PNWCC reserves the right to suspend or terminate portal access at any time for violations of these Terms or institutional policy.
5. Online Payments, Donations, and Bookstore
5.1 Transactions
All financial transactions processed through the Site — including tuition payments, donations, and bookstore purchases — are subject to the terms presented at the time of transaction. By completing a purchase or payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
5.2 Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information. PNWCC is not responsible for transaction failures resulting from inaccurate information provided by the user.
5.3 Refunds
Refund eligibility for tuition payments, donations, and bookstore purchases is governed by PNWCC’s applicable refund and return policies. Please contact the appropriate department for specific refund inquiries.
5.4 Third-Party Payment Processors
Payment processing on this Site is handled by third-party processors. PNWCC does not store full payment card information. Use of those services is also subject to the respective processor’s terms and privacy policies.
6. Contact Forms and Communications
When you submit a contact form on the Site, you provide certain personal information (such as your name and email address) so that PNWCC may respond to your inquiry. By submitting a contact form, you consent to PNWCC using that information to respond to you and, where applicable, to provide information about programs, events, and services.
